NORTH HILL
The North Hill Neighborhood came into CDBG
eligibility with data from the 2000 Census. The neighborhood has
formed a Steering Committee and made allocations for the 2005 Community
Development Grant Year.
The North Hill Steering Committee allocated
the majority of their 2005 funds to the following projects:
- Public safety improvements in the form
of sidewalk construction and repair.
- Economic development efforts to
establish a Garland Business Historic District.
