Citizen Participation Plan

The 2008 Citizen Participation Plan. At its October 11, 2007 meeting, the Community Development Board voted to approve this plan. This plan governs City of Spokane Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) and Emergency Shelter Grant Program (ESGP) citizen participation for the 2008 Program Year, which begins July 1, 2008.
